About the Role
We are seeking a Head of Delivery & DevOps to lead the design, development, and deployment of AISAP’s product interfaces and infrastructure. This role is pivotal to scaling our platform across hospital systems, seamlessly integrating with key clinical environments, and ensuring a robust, secure, and scalable DevOps operation.
You will serve as the technical owner for AISAP’s customer-facing infrastructure and be responsible for the successful delivery and integration of our AI products with healthcare IT systems across our global customer base.
Responsibilities
- Lead the company’s DevOps strategy, processes, and tooling across development, staging, and production environments.
- Own the design and delivery of AISAP’s integration interfaces with hospitals, health systems, and key partners (e.g. PACS, EMR, EHR, RIS).
- Collaborate with Sales, Product, and R&D teams to define and implement deployment architectures tailored to customer needs.
- Define and implement system architectures that are scalable, secure, and compliant with healthcare standards.
- Manage customer-specific onboarding, integration, and delivery plans.
- Serve as the primary technical contact for strategic customers and partners.
Translate clinical and operational requirements into technical solutions for DICOM, HL7, FHIR, and other healthcare protocols. - Drive technical excellence and quality in integration efforts and lead cross-functional initiatives.
- Oversee pilot programs and beta deployments with key customers, working closely with product and engineering teams.
- Support internal R&D workflows with DevOps best practices (CI/CD, monitoring, cloud operations, deployment automation).
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in a technical leadership or customer-facing role in IT/software/healthcare.
- Strong experience with DevOps practices, tools, and cloud infrastructure (e.g. AWS, GCP, Azure).
Proven experience designing and implementing system architectures, integration flows, and APIs. - Hands-on experience with medical data protocols such as DICOM, HL7, FHIR, and with hospital IT systems (PACS, EMR/EHR).
- Solid understanding of the healthcare ecosystem and clinical workflows – a strong advantage.
- Experience working with enterprise customers, preferably in the US healthcare market.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with a “get-things-done” attitude.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to interface with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. - Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Background in software development – an advantage.
- MBA or experience in a business/strategy environment – a plus.
