About AISAP:

As we scale, we’re looking for a creative, energetic, and hands-on Lead Designer to join our team and define the visual and product experience across all touch points - from our core SaaS product to to our website, brand identity, and marketing materials.
What you’ll do: As AISAP’s Lead Designer, you’ll own and execute all design efforts at the company. This includes end-to-end product design (UI/UX) for our SaaS platform, marketing design for campaigns and collateral, and website design that reflects our brand and technology. You’ll craft intuitive, elegant user experiences while building a cohesive visual language that communicates innovation, trust, and clinical impact.
About the Role
- Lead end-to-end product design (UX/UI) for AISAP’s SaaS platform - from concept to final handoff.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and clinicians to translate business and clinical needs into seamless user experiences.
- Define and evolve AISAP’s visual language and design system to ensure consistency across products and media.
- Create polished mockups, interactive prototypes, and user flows using modern design and prototyping tools.
- Leverage advanced AI-driven design tools to accelerate exploration, improve efficiency, and support creative experimentation.
- Design marketing and brand assets, including social media creatives, website visuals, sales materials, field-operations collateral, and presentations.
- Ensure cohesive application of AISAP’s brand identity across all internal and external touchpoints.
What we’re looking for:
- 3–5 years of experience as a UI/UX or Product Designer, ideally in a tech/SaaS or healthcare-focused company.
- Proven experience designing user-centric digital products, from discovery and research through delivery.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating product design work alongside branding and marketing projects.
- Expertise with modern design tools (Figma, etc.) and familiarity with AI-assisted design workflows.
- Strong understanding of UX principles, information architecture, and responsive design.
- Ability to balance creativity with business objectives and user needs in a fast-moving environment.
- Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Creative, independent, detail-oriented, with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
- Experience with animation/motion graphics - an advantage.
- Experience working with Webflow - an advantage.
