About AISAP:

As we scale, we’re looking for a creative, energetic, and hands-on Lead Designer to join our team and define the visual and product experience across all touch points - from our core SaaS products to our brand identity and marketing materials.
What you’ll do: As AISAP’s Lead Designer, you’ll own and execute all design efforts at the company, bridging product, marketing, and brand. You’ll play a key role in shaping intuitive and delightful user experiences for our customers, while ensuring our brand communicates innovation, trust, and impact consistently across channels.
About the Role
- Lead product design (UX/UI) for AISAP’s SaaS platforms - from concept to final handoff.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and clinicians to translate business and clinical needs into seamless user experiences.
- Define and evolve AISAP’s visual language and design system to ensure consistency across products and media.
- Create high-fidelity mockups, prototypes, and user flows using modern design tools.
- Incorporate advanced AI-based tools into the design workflow to enhance creativity and efficiency.
- Design marketing assets including social media visuals, website materials, sales and field operations collateral.
- Ensure our brand identity is consistently applied across all internal and external touch points.
- Develop and maintain a scalable, unified visual design infrastructure and style guides.
What we’re looking for:
- 3–5 years of experience as a UI/UX or product designer, ideally in a tech/SaaS or healthcare-related company.
- Proven experience in designing user-centric digital products, from discovery to delivery.
- Strong portfolio showcasing product design and branding/marketing work.
- Expertise with modern design tools and familiarity with AI-assisted design tools.
- Deep understanding of UX principles, information architecture, and responsive design.
- Ability to balance creativity with business and user needs.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Creative, self-driven, and detail-oriented with a high sense of ownership.
- Proficiency in animation and motion graphics - an advantage!
